What Am I Using?

What is going wrong?

Choose a problem. Make one useful comparison at a time, then leave with a practical next step.

Your answers stay in this tab. No AI service, account or automatic tests.

A useful next step, with context

These guided comparisons help you describe a problem and choose an appropriate check. They do not inspect your router, account or another service’s private settings. More than one cause can produce the same symptom.

Make a controlled comparison

Change one thing at a time. Record the time, affected device, connection and exact error. A working comparison is often more useful to support than a list of settings changed all at once. Keep managed work settings in place and ask IT before changing them.

Keep private information out of your notes

Do not include passwords, verification codes, private reset links or recovery keys. Review the notes before copying them into your existing ticket or email. For a browser and device report, use support details.

Supporting someone else?

The support-team toolkit has ready-to-copy instructions and examples. The tech guides explain the checks in more detail.
